Leggero designs and manufactures pediatric adaptive mobility equipment from 1 East Leggero Way, Burnet, TX 78611, United States. Leggero is part of Altimate Medical. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Leggero, and “the site” means this website.

We only receive what you choose to send. Depending on which form you use, that can include:

• Contact and callback requests — your name, email address, phone number, the role you describe yourself as (parent, clinician, dealer), and whatever you write in the message field.
• Quote and configuration requests — the model and options you selected, plus the contact details you submit with the request.
• Product assistant conversations — if you ask our on-site assistant to have someone reach out, the recent messages in that conversation are attached to your request so our team has the context.
• Dealer and partner accounts — the email address and account details used to sign in to the ordering portal.

Our hosting providers keep standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp — which are used to operate the site, diagnose errors, and detect abuse.

The site does not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. We store two small preferences in your own browser’s local storage: your light/dark theme choice, and whether you have dismissed the announcement banner. These never leave your device and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

We use what you send us to:

• respond to your question or quote request;
• connect you with an authorized dealer or clinician near you, when that is what you asked for;
• prepare, price, and fulfill orders;
• provide product and warranty support;
• operate, secure, and improve the site and our internal tools.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Service providers who run the site on our behalf — including our hosting platform, our database and storage provider (Supabase), and our email delivery provider. They process the data only to provide those services to us.
• Authorized dealers and clinicians, where you have asked us to put you in touch with a provider or to route a quote.
• Altimate Medical, our parent organization, for order fulfillment and support.
• Legal and safety — where we are required to by law, or to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or a threat to someone’s safety.

The forms on this site are for product and sales inquiries. They are not a secure channel for clinical documentation, insurance paperwork, or a child’s medical records. If a fitting or funding process requires those documents, your clinician or dealer will collect them through their own secure process.

Our equipment is made for children, but this site is intended for the adults who choose and fund it — parents, caregivers, therapists, clinicians, and dealers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep inquiries, quotes, and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, warranty, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Server logs are kept on a short rolling window.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us and to keep our systems current.

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email sales@leggero.us and tell us what you need; we may ask for enough information to confirm who you are before we act. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights — tell us and we will honor them.

We operate from the United States, and information you send us is processed there. If you are contacting us from another country, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
