Terms of Use

These terms describe how you may use this website, what the product information on it does and doesn’t promise, and how quotes and dealer accounts work.

Last updated August 25, 2026

01

Agreement

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization — a clinic, a dealer, a school district — you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

02

Who we are

This site is operated by Leggero, a pediatric adaptive mobility manufacturer based at 1 East Leggero Way, Burnet, TX 78611, United States. Leggero is part of Altimate Medical.

03

Using the site

You may browse the site, request quotes, and download the materials we publish for your own professional or personal use. You agree not to:

  • interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to access areas you have not been given access to;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content, images, or pricing from the site;
  • misrepresent yourself, or submit someone else’s personal information without their permission;
  • use the site in any way that breaks the law.
04

Product information is not clinical advice

The specifications, weights, dimensions, and descriptions on this site are provided to help you evaluate our equipment. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for an assessment by a qualified clinician.

Adaptive mobility equipment must be selected, configured, and fitted for the individual child by a qualified professional, and used according to the product’s user manual. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that a particular model is suitable for a particular child.

05

Specifications may change

We improve our products continuously, and specifications, options, availability, and images may change without notice. We work to keep this site accurate, but we can’t promise it is free of errors or omissions. Where a published figure conflicts with the current order form or user manual for your configuration, those documents govern.

06

Quotes, orders, and pricing

Configurations and quotes generated on this site are estimates, not binding offers, and don’t reserve inventory. Pricing is confirmed in writing when an order is accepted, and can be affected by configuration changes, freight, taxes, and funding requirements.

Leggero equipment is supplied through authorized dealers and providers. Your purchase terms, warranty administration, and delivery are handled through that relationship.

07

Dealer and partner accounts

Access to the ordering portal is granted to authorized partners. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account, and you agree to tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.

08

Intellectual property

The Leggero name, crest, product names, photography, copy, and the design of this site are owned by Leggero or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our marks or materials to promote a competing product, imply an endorsement or affiliation that doesn’t exist, or as part of your own branding without our written permission.

09

Links to other sites

We link to dealer locators, funding resources, and documents hosted elsewhere. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

10

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the site itself, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any warranty that comes with a purchased product, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above tells you when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
